Welcome to the Stefankiewicz Research Group website!
We are a research group based at the Center for Advanced Technology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The overall goal of our research is to understand, control and utilize molecular recognition and self-assembly processes to create functional and complex nanostructures via the strategic application of dynamic covalent and non-covalent bonds.
The main expertise and skills of the group is preparative chemistry and organic synthesis, which we apply in to supramolecular chemistry, dynamic combinatorial chemistry and the development of new dynamic/adaptive materials. Within the Stefankiewicz research group new scientific challenges and fundamental questions are identified and then molecular building blocks are designed, synthesized and investigated.
This page gives a publications summary and an informal and topical look at the research work going in the group. For a general description of the group’s research interests click research.
